AMANDA ALLEN - I have been blessed to live in Canyon Lake Forest for 13 years. I believe my twenty years of running my photography business has given me the skills to be an effective member of the Board. Managing business finances builds a strong foundation in accurate record-keeping and ensuring detailed tracking of income and expenses. This experience requires meticulous attention to detail, which is crucial for managing the POA's financial health, preventing errors, and promoting trust within the community. I look forward to serving this community.
LENNY HARDY - As an Air Force veteran, I've experienced many of the requirements associated with the POA director tasks. I've also learned specific duties directly from the current pool director, my wife Debbie Hardy, who has filled the position for the past two years.
JONATHAN MORGAN - I moved to CLF in 2022 but owned property here since 2018. I believe my unique skillset would be an asset to the Canyon Lake Forest HOA Board. In the lead-up to my current role as a DevOps engineer for one of the world’s largest payment processors, I've honed strong analytical and problem-solving abilities through designing, managing, documenting, and training others on complex systems and processes. I have a keen attention to detail and an understanding of how to communicate effectively. I believe that serving on the HOA board would not only allow me a chance to give back to my community but also provide a new challenge for me to grow professionally.
MARY PERRONI - I have owned a home in CLF for over 20 years, recently moving here full-time last year. I was the City Librarian in Friendswood for 30 years and actively involved with the Friends of the Library and Library Board. I have also been involved in the Texas Library Association, Texas Municipal Library Directors Association, PTO and Friendswood Historical Society. I was appointed to fill the vacant Clubhouse position last July and open to another term on the Board
JUDY SMITH – I have lived in CLF for 3 years but in the area much longer. I am a realtor by trade and enjoy time with my husband, 2 adult kids, 3 dogs, 1 cat and 15 grandkids. We enjoy our local church and traveling. I owned a business for 12 years and volunteered with the Noino Club from 1995-2008 raising funds for scholarships. I was President of that organization from 2005-2006
BONNIE TAYLOR- I've lived in CLF for 26 years and love our quiet and peaceful neighborhood! As for my background, I spent 28 years in the Air Force, retiring in 2011 and just recently retiring from my second career. I've served on the CLF board for one term serving as both Secretary and Vice President, and then as President in 2021. I spearheaded the litter pick-up committee for several years in efforts to keep our community clean and presentable. Now that I have more time on my hands, it would be my pleasure and honor to continue to serve again. Thank you!
